You set the rent. We collect from the tenant, deduct our 15% management fee, and transfer the rest to your account on the 1st of every month — with a full statement. No setup fees, no photography fees, no hidden costs.

No. You can list with us and remain free to handle the unit yourself or list elsewhere. We earn only when we lease your unit.
We coordinate with vetted vendors. Routine maintenance under your set threshold (you choose the threshold during onboarding) we approve directly. Major repairs above the threshold we contact you for approval first.
Standard practice in Egypt: tenant pays utilities (electricity, water, gas, internet). Owner pays property tax and any compound fees. We handle the meter handover at lease start and end.
Yes — for short-term rentals you can block your own dates through the owner portal. For long-term residential leases, blackout dates are agreed at lease signing.
Both rent. Furnished units rent faster and at higher rates, especially short-term. Unfurnished units attract longer-term tenants. We help you decide based on your unit's location and target rental term.
At signup: name, phone, email, basic unit details. Before we list: a copy of your ID, proof of ownership (utility bill in your name or property contract), and your bank account for monthly transfers.
Yes. We send you the screened tenant's profile and our recommendation through the owner portal. You can approve or request another candidate.
One month's rent, held by EaseLease in a separate escrow throughout the lease. Returned to the tenant at lease end after final unit inspection. Deductions for damages are itemized and shared with both you and the tenant.
Yes. Investors and developers can submit a portfolio in one signup. Each unit is listed and managed individually but you see everything in one owner portal dashboard.
Bank transfer to the account you provide during onboarding. Always on the 1st of the month for the previous month's rent. The owner portal shows every transaction with full transparency.
