These terms govern how property owners and tenants use EaseLease — a rental marketplace operating in Egypt. We have written them in plain language. By using ease-lease.com, the EaseLease mobile app, or any service we provide, you agree to what follows. If anything here is unclear, contact us at info@easelease.com before you proceed.
What EaseLease is
Your operations partner
EaseLease is a rental-only real-estate marketplace. We connect property owners and operators with tenants in Egypt — Cairo, the North Coast, the New Administrative Capital, and wherever else we publish inventory. We are not the owner of the units listed unless explicitly stated. We facilitate browsing, matching, leasing, and move-in.
Eligibility & accounts
Who can use the platform
You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter a lease to use EaseLease. You agree to keep your contact details accurate, your password confidential, and to notify us at info@easelease.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Owners listing a unit must be the legal owner or have written authorization to lease it.
Listing your unit (owners)
What we expect from landlords
Owners are responsible for the accuracy of listings — photos, surface area, bedroom and bathroom counts, location, asking rent, and availability windows. EaseLease may verify, edit, or remove a listing that is misleading, duplicated, or breaches Egyptian law. We may pause a listing during contract negotiation to prevent double-booking.
Booking & leasing (tenants)
How the lease is signed
Submitting a booking request through EaseLease is an expression of interest, not a binding lease. A lease becomes binding only when both parties have signed the lease agreement EaseLease or the owner provides. Deposits and first-month rent are handled per the lease terms — typically via secure online payment or bank transfer to a verified account.
Fees, deposits & refunds
Transparent pricing
EaseLease's fee structure is published per listing and disclosed before you commit. Security deposits are held per the lease and returned net of legitimate deductions at move-out. Refunds for cancellations follow the cancellation policy stated on the listing — short-stay and long-stay policies differ. We never charge owners a listing fee for inventory.
Verification & liability
What we check and what we don't
EaseLease verifies owner identity, unit ownership documents, and listing photographs before publication. We do not warrant suitability of a unit for any particular purpose, nor do we guarantee a tenant's behavior or an owner's maintenance. Disputes between owner and tenant are settled per the signed lease; EaseLease will assist with documentation in good faith but is not a party to the lease itself.
Acceptable use
What you can and can't do here
Don't post false, defamatory, infringing, or unlawful content. Don't scrape the site or attempt to access accounts that aren't yours. Don't use EaseLease to coordinate transactions outside the platform after being matched here — that violates our terms and exposes both sides to risk. We reserve the right to suspend any account that breaches these rules.
Intellectual property
Brand, content, and licenses
EaseLease's logo, brand assets, and original site copy are owned by EaseLease. Listing photographs uploaded by owners remain the owner's property; by uploading you grant EaseLease a non-exclusive license to display, resize, and watermark them as needed to operate the marketplace.
Changes & governing law
Updates, jurisdiction, and contact
We may update these terms as the platform evolves; material changes are posted on this page with a new effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and disputes shall be resolved in the competent Egyptian courts. Questions: info@easelease.com.
